Elevate Academy – Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Elevate Academy platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all chiropractors and practitioners (“Members”) who subscribe to and use the platform.

2. Membership Commitment and Payment

  • Full Access Membership: Requires a minimum of 12 consecutive monthly payments. By enrolling, you agree to complete all 12 payments regardless of usage, cancellation, or withdrawal from the platform during this period. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
  • Individual Module Memberships: Each module is purchased as a once-off payment for 12 months of access. At the end of the 12-month term, you have the option to maintain access with a monthly membership fee, with a discounted rate.
  • Student Membership: Student access is $49 for a 6-month term. By enrolling, you confirm that you are currently enrolled as a chiropractic university student. Students may re-enrol for an additional 6-month term by purchasing again.

3. Login Access and Intellectual Property Protection

  • Your login details are personal and non-transferable.
  • You agree not to share your username, password, or access link with any other individual.
  • All content, resources, and materials provided within elevate academy are the intellectual property of elevate paediatrics and are protected under copyright law and your professional integrity.
  • Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of platform content may result in suspension of access and potential legal action.

4. Disclaimer

Extreme care and considerable time has been taken to confirm the accuracy of the information presented and to discuss generally accepted practices in the management of the paediatric patient. However, the authors are not responsible for errors or omissions or for any consequences from the application of the information contained within this platform and make no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the currency, completeness, or accuracy of the contents of the information presented.

It is the responsibility of the treating practitioner, relying on independent experience and knowledge of the patient, to determine the best treatment and method of application for the patient.

This platform is designed to educate and inform chiropractors on paediatric matters, with the aim of supporting improved clinical outcomes for paediatric patients.

5. Acceptance

By proceeding with your subscription and accessing Elevate Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full.
