At Elevate Paediatrics Academy, our mission is driven by family, grounded in experience, and fuelled by a deep passion for chiropractic care and its transformative impact on children and families.
Heading our team is Dr. Glenn Maginness, a leader in paediatric chiropractic care. With a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic Paediatrics and over 40 years of experience, Dr. Glenn has established himself as a global authority in the field. Since 2003, he has delivered more than 40 paediatric-focused seminars worldwide, inspiring countless chiropractors to elevate their skills and their practices.
Supporting Dr. Glenn are Dr. Hayley Maginness, Dr. Breezy Maginness, and Dr. Marcello Manteit—dedicated paediatric and family chiropractors and co-founders of the Elevate Paediatrics Academy. Each has completed over 160 hours of advanced paediatric training, bringing unparalleled expertise and passion to our team.
Our team focus is unwavering: children and families! Drs. Glenn and Breezy exclusively care for children, while Drs. Hayley and Marcello maintain family practices, where over 60% of their patients are children. Together, our team has developed transformative programs like Elevate Your Reach, Paediatrics 101 and Paediatric Excellence and has inspired chiropractors worldwide through numerous seminars, webinars, and direct mentorship.
